TRI4AUTISMStronger Together — Active for LifeDonate Tri4Autism removes financial, social and practical barriers so autistic children and adults can build confidence, find community and enjoy being active. We also support parents and carers — including helping them take part in sport themselves.

Why Tri4Autism exists
Busy environments, unclear instructions, cost, confidence and fear of judgement can all make taking part harder. We help turn those barriers into practical next steps.
Our approach is built around the individual — their goals, communication, sensory needs and preferred way of taking part. Progress can mean a first pool visit, a solo training plan or a finish line.
What we do
From practical guidance to welcoming sessions and event support, we help people take the next step that matters to them.
